3. Commercial/Professional Diver Medical certificates
4. Recreational Diver Medical certificates

6. Pre-employment Medical Assessment where independent certification is sought
7. Certification of medical status prior to student travel
8. Certification of medical status prior to emigration (destination-dependent)
